Glenn's NFL Journey as Coach

New York Jets chose Aaron Glenn as the first-round pick in the 1994 NFL draft. He played a cornerback for five different teams in the NFL for 15 years. Houston Stallions of the Texas Lone Star Football League hired Glenn as its general manager, which marked Glenn’s first job in the NFL after he quit playing. 

Glenn began his coaching career as a scout for the Jets. He then served as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, and Detroit Lions. Little did he know that his journey was leading him to his first head coaching job in the NFL.
